Publications
In 1992, Patrimonju published Antique Maltese Clocks, the catalogue of the exhibition that was staged that same year. This was the first in a long series of publications on Malta’s cultural heritage. Apart from the exhibition catalogues, Patrimonju’s publishing division is also responsible for other publications by a number of notable historians, like the series entitled Histories of Malta by Judge Giovanni Bonello, which has run into nine volumes. Another well-loved series by this same author is Nostalgias of Malta, which highlights photographic works featuring the Maltese Islands in a bygone era. Other remarkable publications include works about the local late medieval art and architecture, Roman baroque sculpture for the Knights, the Maltese Dgħajsa, the artist Antoine Favray (1706-1798), and perceptions of Malta in world literature.
