Lecture on the Architecture of Medieval Mdina at Palazzo Falson

June 8, 2010

A lecture entitled The Architecture of Medieval Mdina will be given by Perit Karm Farrugia at Palazzo Falson on the 13th June 2010 at 10.30am.

This lecture will feature several Mdina dwellings, exposing their medieval interiors hidden behind baroque facades.  A few surprises shall be revealed during this lecture.

Karm Farrugia has worked for a number of years as an architect.  He is a member of the Kamra tal-Periti and has overseen the restoration of various important buildings such as the facade of St Mary of Jesus Church and the Franciscan Convent at Rabat, Malta.  He is the resident architect of Mdina Local Council and has been commissioned to undertake various works in Mdina, increasing his expertise in his chosen area of specialisation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LECTURE IS ALREADY ALMOST FULLY BOOKED, BUT LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS MAY RESULT IN SOME SEATS BEING MADE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY.
